One governed data backbone for capital markets

HYDRA connects regulated workflows, documents, approvals and evidence in one shared foundation – giving teams more visibility, traceability and control.

Regulated work is fragmented across tools, files and people.

The work gets done, but reconstructing who did what, under which rule and based on which evidence becomes slow and fragile.

Fragmented workflows

Email, spreadsheets and specialist tools create disconnected operating records.

Weak traceability

Ownership, approvals and evidence are difficult to reconstruct.

Data not ready

Unstructured operational data limits automation and reliable AI use.

One core. Multiple specialized applications.

The Belly is HYDRA’s shared data and governance core. Each Head is a specialized application that solves a specific workflow while contributing to the same governed operational memory.

Specialized applications built on HYDRA.

Each Head addresses a defined use case while remaining connected to the same data foundation.

Invenix (alternative investment funds)

Invenix is HYDRA’s head for alternative investment funds, built for AIF managers, fund administrators and intermediaries. It brings the fund lifecycle into one place: investor onboarding, subscriptions, payments, registry and IBAN verification, and document exchange. It fully automates AIF workflows, eliminating manual errors and producing compliance evidence as work happens. Validated through passed central bank inspections, it adapts to each firm’s structure and scales with its growth.

Summarisk (institutional investors and listed markets)

Summarisk serves institutional investors and risk teams operating on listed markets. It provides external risk scenarios on securities for pre-investment analysis, so exposure is stress-tested before capital moves. With calibrated hedging instruments and shared risk indicators, it expands the investable universe while keeping risk under control. Summarisk was acquired by iDragona in 2025 and integrated into HYDRA.

RealRisk (real estate funds)

RealRisk is dedicated to real estate funds and asset managers. It generates creditworthiness checks and profiling signals from asset-level and manager-level context. By structuring information that normally sits in appraisals and spreadsheets, it turns real estate operations into comparable, decision-ready signals for financing, monitoring and liquidity.

NinjAI (AI interface)

NinjAI is HYDRA’s AI head: the interface through which users interrogate the platform. It does not invent answers; it retrieves, composes and explains from the governed data accumulated in the belly. Every answer is bound to a timestamp, a workflow event, a rule version and a permission context, so hallucination drops to near zero by design. Ask why something was approved and NinjAI reads the institutional memory instead of guessing.

Hogo (governance and M&A)

Hogo is the governance head: a reserved area where companies, professionals and advisors manage verified financial, legal and tax data, corporate policies, certifications and compliance workflows. It includes virtual data room and M&A workflows, document management, capital call letters and legal documents, building permanent deal archives. Structured governance data also enables instant credit and wealth pre-qualification.

SMEtrix (SMEs)

SMEtrix brings capital markets infrastructure to small and medium enterprises. It automates creditworthiness assessment and supports access to financing such as loans and mini-bonds. Business intelligence time series and bank account data hooks give lenders and advisors structured signals for underwriting and ongoing monitoring, replacing static one-off reports with living data.

Famion (HNWI and private banking)

Famion is built for HNWI advisors, family offices and private banking ecosystems. It structures advisor workflows and suitability data with compliance-grade traceability. It opens a controlled channel for private and structured products and supports intergenerational asset retention, keeping families, advisors and institutions on one shared, auditable workspace.

What HYDRA makes possible.

1. Run

One platform for the workflows of capital markets: onboarding, payments, governance, documents, risk. Seven Heads, one system.

2. Prove

Every action generates its own evidence: timestamped, linked to the document, the approval and the rule in force. Compliance stops being work you do after the work.

3. Remember

Your operations build institutional memory: a structured, verifiable record of who did what, under which rule, with which document. It cannot be reconstructed later, by you or by anyone trying to catch up. (This is the moat argument in HYDRA_MOAT.docx, and it belongs on the website because it is also a client benefit: leaving spreadsheets means gaining a history.)

4. Ask

AI grounded in that memory. NinjAI retrieves, composes and explains; it does not guess. Auditable answers, aligned with what the EU AI Act asks of high-risk AI. This is the section’s peak: it resolves the tension every regulated buyer feels between wanting AI and fearing it (the AI-regulation paradox in the consortium debrief).

5. Unlock

Structured data becomes new capability: creditworthiness signals, risk indicators, impact measurement, faster access to financing. The platform you adopted for operations starts producing intelligence.

6. Connect

One verified identity, one evidence standard, one connected ecosystem. Transact with counterparties, banks and providers that already speak your data language: faster onboarding on both sides, shared risk indicators, deals that close on verified information instead of exchanged PDFs.

Infrastructure for accountable decision-making.

iDragona builds HYDRA to turn complex, regulated operations into a coherent and governed data ecosystem. The objective is not to add another isolated tool, but to create a shared operational memory that supports transparency, accountability and performance.

Make regulated workflows visible, governed and ready to scale.
